Q: iPad Mini freezes in applications, followed by resetting itself

When using any applications on my iPad Mini, the app freezes, then after about 1 minute the iPad automatically resets/restarts itself. I'm on the latest version of IOS8.

I've already try the reset myself by holding down the sleep and home buttons at the same time - this does not resolve the issue.

iPad Mini, iOS 8.1.2

Hey swebby555,

If you are having an issue with your iPad restarting unexpectedly, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

If your iOS device restarts, displays the Apple logo, or powers off while you're using it - Apple Support

Since you are already using the latest version of iOS 8, the last step is -
If you still see this issue after updating, contact Apple Support.
