I cloud sign in trouble

When ever I try to sign into my I cloud account on my pc it says an error occurred while trying to connect to server

null-OTHER, iOS 8.1.2

You may also want to try signing in via the website (icloud.com) to verify your account information. If you have issues signing in from there, then you may find this article useful:
