Microphone issue iPhone 5s

I need help with my phone.

The microphones are not working except when I use the phone hands free.

I mean, I place a call and put it on speaker and it's working.

I tried Skype and I do the same thing and have the same results.

On Skype, I test it with the echo so I can record, so I tried to tap on each Mic and all 3 Mic works.

Only works on speaker mode.

Siri is not working.

Voice Memo not working too.

I did all the restore operation and configured the phone as new with and without Apple Tech.

Out of warranty now and Apple can't find the problem.

I went to Genius Bar too and they are not able to help.

It's not only a Mic problem as I can hear on Skype all 3 Mics!
