Q: I still can not download apps because of my card info and when I click on it to turn it on to none it will not let me because just card options come up and none doesn't please help

I Can not get apps because of card saying verify so when I go and try and turn this off by selecting none like it says it wI'll not let me select none because it does not come up only car types appear pleas help me quick thanks
