SoundSource?

How the heck do I uninstall Soundsource from the top menu bar in Os X? I cannot find any of the system files for it, and there is no uninstall option. Please help!

White Macbook, 2.0, 80g's Mac OS X (10.4.7)

Try holding down the Command key while clicking on the SoundSource icon, and drag it out of the menu bar. If that doesn't work, open the Activity Monitor in the /Applications/Utilities/ folder and look for the process which controls it out of those owned by your account; if you find it, shut it down. You can check the files used by that process to find out where it was launched from.
