Q: Resetting SMC on macbook pro 2011 using Win8

Hey, I have a major problem for 3 month now. My laptop got very slow for no reason, like is lagging at any task I would do. I have tried every single windows operating system and still no change, I installed mac on it and it got even worse.I even tried to replace my HDD but still it is lagging as ****. My MB pro is not getting hot at all but my fan is working at 100%.I heard that a smc reset could help the problem.Does anyone know how can I do it my macbook pro late 2011 ? Please help !

Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
Run Apple Hardware test. Maybe yo have a fan sensor problem
Using Apple Hardware Test
Post any problem here

When lagging run this and post the results here:
