i have a problem connecting my iPad to my macbook.
in i tunes when i want to sync my music or movies to my iPad the system won't allow me and a message pops up saying:
the iPad could not be sync because this computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this iPad.
to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes store, chose store>authorize this computer.
but i can not find this method nor on my macbook neither on my iPad.
First update your iTunes version to the most current for your system.
Then open iTunes (OS X) and in the Store menu you do have an Authorize this Computer that will prompt for your Apple ID.
my iTunes is up to date on both may iPad and my mcbook and i did authorize this computer. its listed as one of the 5 available computers. but i still get the same message.
In your iPad, sign out and in again of App Store according to this: Manage your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support
Same with your Mac, deauthorize it and reauthorize it back.
