Then open iTunes (OS X) and in the Store menu you do have an Authorize this Computer that will prompt for your Apple ID.

Jan 6, 2015 2:45 AM in response to mabaeyensby farhad2m,my iTunes is up to date on both may iPad and my mcbook and i did authorize this computer. its listed as one of the 5 available computers. but i still get the same message.

Same with your Mac, deauthorize it and reauthorize it back.
