Q: Getting iTunes error 3259 at home but not at work

I had been trying to update my wife's iOS for the last few days but every time that I tried this on both my home computers, 1 mac 1 pc, I would get error message 3259 saying that the connection to the server had been lost when I would get anywhere from 200Mb to 400Mb downloaded. I haven't had this problem before when trying to download anything through iTunes and thought that it was just the iOS update.

 

I immediately tried to download the update at work and it worked instantly.

 

So this has to be a problem with my home network but the problem would still occur if I turned off all antivirus or firewall protection.

 

Has anyone ran into a similar problem and found a fix to it?
