Q: why can't i sync my calendar on my iMac and iPad Air

I am unable to sync my Contacts and Calendars on my iMac 10.10.1 and my iPad Air 8.1. ?

When I sync my "info" I receive the message: "You Contacts are being synced with your iPad over the air from iCloud."

but it never happens.

Hi there Wiggins,
