Q: Backing Up Status Bar Not Moving

My iPhone is connected to the computer but cant get past the backing up stage. iTunes and iPhone are both up to date. I Have Reinstalled The iTunes. I Have restarted both iTunes an iPhone. The computer is an "HP". I have a iPhone 6. Help. Thanks.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.2, Verizon. 128gbs.
