Q: Recogonition of New iPhone

iTunes 12 running I Windows 7 Home premium 64bits not recognizing my iPhone 6 Plus 128gb ios 8.1.2 . Error says can not connect because device has timed out. The 6 Plus replaces a 5s with the same name that I've reset to send back to the carrier. The playlist names was downloaded from iCloud but not the actual songs. No audio Books

I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your new iPhone 6 Plus. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing/describing. If your iPhone isn't being recognized by iTunes on your Windows machine, you may find the following article helpful:
