iTunes 12 running I Windows 7 Home premium 64bits not recognizing my iPhone 6 Plus 128gb ios 8.1.2 . Error says can not connect because device has timed out. The 6 Plus replaces a 5s with the same name that I've reset to send back to the carrier. The playlist names was downloaded from iCloud but not the actual songs. No audio Books
