Speaker button, font button

I have made a book and delivered in Ibooks Store.

I have downloaded for my Ipad and Mac. When I read it, the ibooks interface doesn't show the speaker and the font button.

What can I do?

Do I need to integrate those buttons in Ibook Author? How can I do that?
