Do I have to pay for using the Apple Pay, or will I be charged in the future for using the Apple Pay?

No, that is not correct. Apple Pay is a service offered by Apple and hosted through it s servers. NFC is simply the communication mode between the iOS device and the merchant pay terminal. Apple does not charge the consumer for use of the service, but there is nothing about the fact that it uses NFC that would prevent them from doing so.
