Hi Levine904,

You should be able to delete these songs with the following steps from this article named:

How to delete content you've downloaded from the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store
Tap the Music app.
Tap the Songs category.
Swipe left over the song you want to delete.
Tap Delete.

Same problem. When I swipe the song the "Delete" option is not available. It's weird because the song is not in my iTunes library and it's not something I would ever purchase.
