I have a mac mini i5 and its been playing up. Randomly it will get the multicoloured spinning wheel and crash, the screen will flick on and off and then I get a white screen with a folder and a ? inside it. Anyone got any answers or solutions?

A flashing question mark or globe appears when you start your Mac - Apple Support
Also note the time of the crash and upon rebooting open the Console app in the Finder>Applications>Utilities folder and look for suspicious log entries at that time and post them here
Its never happened when booting up. However I think this problem started after installing yosmite. I'll check log next time it crashes.
