Q: I am constantly asked for my password to sign into the iCloud (even though it is off) on my phone. Problem is it is with my old apple id and i can't change it to my new to sign it. It is maddening!

Ever since i got my new iPhone 6, i am constantly prompted to sign into the iCloud with my password (even though the cloud is off). The problem is it is using my old apple id and doesn't recognize the new password and i can't find anywhere to change. It is maddening...please help.
