iPhone 6 display has bad color accuracy?

My mom recently upgraded to an iPhone 6 and I still have a 4S. I had the two next to each other with an called KSL Weather. On the iPhone 4S, the background of the app looked blue and normal. On the iPhone 6, the blue background was purple. I also noticed the Facebook app does not look right. The blue bar looked a little shaded out. When I open safari, the AppStore, or even settings, the white background looks kind of a blue like color. Compared to my 4S and iPad Mini Retina, the iPhone 6 looks horrible. Anyone else who have noticed this?

Hi Rhettster152,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your new iPhone 6. If it appears that there is an issue with the image quality or color representation on the display, you may find the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful, including contacting Apple Support if necessary:

If you see lines, missing sections, discoloration, or poor image quality

  1. Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, reset your device.
  2. If restarting or resetting doesn’t fix the issue, restore your device.
  3. If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
