Q: iPad Air 2/iPhone 6 Calendar Sync

Hello all,

I'm hoping someone can help; I have an iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6. My calendars don't seem to sync both ways. When I add events on my iPad, I can see them on my phone plus events I've added using my phone . However, on my iPad i only see events that I added using the calendar app on my iPad.

I'm sure it's a setting someplace but I haven't figured it out yet. Any ideas?
