Have you tried to restore the device?
From backup?

Ok try this -

Have iTunes running on the computer

Hold the Home button pressed down and connect the lightning cable to the phone

You should then see an image of iTunes and a lightning connector picture on the phone screen

Release the home button and follow the prompts to restore the phone

Hi When you charge your iPhone it will back up Automatically to iCloud over your WiFi You can do almost everything over your WiFi you don't need to use your PC To see you last backup go to settings iCloud down to back up. Cheers Brian
