how to bypass review payment information
just created a new apple id but i can't activate it because i cannot get pass review payment information. And i don't have any visa to purchase items online

If you have an already created Apple ID and you are using the iTunes Store for the first time, a payment type is required. You can later change your payment type to none. Below are articles explaining what payment types are accepted, and how to later change your payment type to none.
