iam using iphone4 , when i connect my iphone with my pc using usb cable, it simultaneously connects and disconnects. but when i use my phone with same cable on other pc. it begins to works. kindly gave a solution

Did you try another USB port on your computer?
Are you connected directly, without using a hub?
yes , i hav already used all my usb ports. also im connecting directly, not with any hub.
Check this article and follow the steps to make sure the software is updated on your computer and all needed drivers are installed.

now i updated itunes, but when i connect my phone an error meesage appears. "ITUNES COULD NOT CONNECT TO THIS IPHONE, AN UNKNOWN ERROE OCCURED (0xE8000084) ". . . . . .
