My tab button just started shifting the line all the way to the right, instead of indenting. Is there a way to reset this? Thanks!!

I use Word and suddenly, when I used the Tab button, it moves the line to the very right instead of indenting. This is really annoying, as I write a lot. Is there some way to reset it, so it works properly? Thanks in advance for any help!

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2009), Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Open a MS Word document. Click on Format in the menu bar, and select Tabs from the drop down.

In the new window you can set up the Tab button to move any specific distance to the right.
