Siri's abilities on iPhone 5S
I want Siri to read aloud from iBooks, etc; if not can someone suggest apps which would enable this ability on my iPhone 5S.

There are a couple different options for having a page in iBooks read or spoken out loud. Certain books in iBooks have included narration, as noted in the following article:

Yes, you can use the read-aloud feature included in select children's books from the iBooks Store. With the read-aloud feature, a real narrator reads the book to you and, in some books, highlights the words as you read along.
