do you think Apple can do somethubf about it? Considering it is one of their new cases that's supposed to prevent it from happening.?

Apple can't and won't do anything about it. I don't believe Tech 21 uses the phrase "guaranteed to prevent cracks" anywhere in their marketing materials or warranty.
I've been using Tech 21 cases for years. I love them. I've had good luck with them. They are not, however, magic. The screen is made of glass. Enough stress in the wrong place and it will break.

Ok. So I bought the tech21 case for my iPhone 5c. It says drop protective and that it's guaranteed to prevent cracks. My phone dropped out of my pocket and landed on its back and the front screen is cracked. What should I do?
