No one outside of Apple knows what plans they have and speculation is not part of the forum's remit.

    Note the unsolicited ideas policy.

And note, the iPad, and the upcoming Watch both are close in function to what you are looking for.   Mind you there are adapters to allow external displays to show what is on the iPad.

And also note Terence is precisely right.  If you want to know what Apple may be doing, go work for them:

And maybe you'll be among the lucky few who will really does know.

this  question  was aimed at Apple because I would love to see a version of tango with an apple os I would love to work for Apple but they aren't gonna hire a vet that doesn't have a degree in computers no matter how well they can operate one plus it's a pain finding a place that teaches the Mac os they all teach windows just about I may have the potential to learn to work on one but do you really thing they would take the time to train/teach me how to work or build a Mac ?

You aren't speaking to Apple here.  This is a forum of users.    Please read the Terms of Use:

    Apple Support Communities Use Agreement

which you agreed to when you signed up for the forum.

Users = people who use the computers, devices, and operating system whom are not directly employed by Apple.   And as someone who has been involved with Apple in the past, they have a strict non-disclosure policy regarding new devices and operating systems.   Apple may from time to time enter to moderate the forums, but none of the information they give on this forum isn't readily available to the public somewhere else, if they choose to do the research.   Rumor sites are just that, speculation based either on misdirection fed to them by some people in Apple marketing, or just wishes.     As such, if you want the real McCoy about what Apple is about to do the only way to do so is to go and work for them, and learn to work with their intellectual property rights.
