when i plugged my charging cable in my iphone 5 my phone doesn't receive or calling any call still phone shows network on display.When i remove cable then it's working fine..so please help me..

If your phone isn't working correctly when charging but works fine otherwise, try another lightning cable and/or power adapter. Or, bring the phone, cord and adapter to an Apple store and have them check everything over. It could be a short somewhere causing the issue.

i think there is a problem in my cable or in my phone because when i connect the cable only without an adapter the same problem is occurs...and also i check the continuety of the cable with multi meter i think there is a problem of vcc wire because buzzer is not horn but muti meter shows some deflection... so what u think i there problem in cable or not?

If you have another cable to try with, do so. If not, you need to bring the phone to an Apple store to be evaluated.
Either way you will need to bring the phone, power brick & cable to an Apple store if any of those needs to be replaced.

Yesterday my iphone was dropped on ground from 5feet above...and today i seen that my iphone is now working perfectly with same charging cable...it's really amazing...

Yes i had tried with new cable and new cable and new power adapter but in this case my network is stalbe during the charging but when i receive call then network goes on my iPhone ...as soon as i remove cable the network comes...
If a new cable and power adapter don't help, you need to bring the phone to an Apple store to be evaluated. It sounds like it has a hardware issue.

Your phone has hardware issues.
You need to bring the phone in to be evaluated by Apple.
