Q: Remove headers and footers on numbers

Greetings to all!

 

I'm new to OS since last 20 years i was using Windows. However i'm thrilled with few of mac characteristics, but sometimes, the most easy think to do, looks so complicated!

Does anybody can tell me how to remove headers/footers on numbers? (Mac air/OSx).
