DO they use the credentials of the organizer or their own icloud credentials?
Currently I am the ordanizer, I have my Wife and Father as parents/Guardians and 2 kids on the family sharing. I was wondering what account they should be using for the app store connection. I don't want to give them my password everytime. Thanks!

Indeed, each family member should be signed into their own Apple ID. Once signed into their own Apple ID and a part of your family group, each family's purchases should be available to all other members of the group.

Thanks for the info, but when I user my Dad's iTunes account (he is part of my family, as parent/guardian, he doesn't see any of the purchases that I have made under my account. According to the link above he should.
