Delivery

I sent out for a box to send my iphone 6 back to be repaired on December 28th 2014. It's already January 9th and I still haven't heard anything. It said when I paid the fee that it would only be a couple of days. Does anyone know how long it REALLY takes. It's getting a bit tedious. I kind of need my phone.
