how do i navigate to book a genius bar appointment on line!

Hi,

I am finding it impossible to get to the Genius Bar booking from the website. I keep getting directed to a phone helpline which I do not want.

Any help appreciated!

Funny, I found it impossible to cancel or change my appointment, even though the email had a "manage my appointments" button. It led nowhere. Then I tried putting in my case number. Still no way to cancel. I waited on the phone for 28 minutes just to cancel my appointment. Shouldn't there be an easier way? Whatever happened to Apple making life easier? Ridiculous.
