Full screen mode: How to switch between open windows?

@Eric - Yes, on small screens I'd like to have everything in full screen mode to save space - but in order for this to be practical, all three of the usual app/tab/window shortcuts need to work:

1. CMD + SHIFT/TAB Switch between applications
2. CMD + SHIFT + {} Switch between open tabs
3. CMD + ` Switch between windows within the same application

Number 3 is the only one that doesn't work in Full Screen mode (it never has).

CMD + ` should still cycle through any windows the app has open - if a window isn't in full screen mode, then the display comes out of full screen mode just like switching to an app that isn't in full screen mode.

@iW00 - sorry, Eric has already pointed me to these but this isn't what I'm after. I'd simply like the already existing CMD + ` shortcut to work when in full screen mode (like the way CMD + TAB or CMD + {} still work when in full screen mode).

And yes, have given feedback a couple of times (Mavericks and Yosemite) - I've found a few other users who want the same thing but unfortunately it's probably considered a power user feature as Apple haven't made it work for several years now.

I don't quite understand sorry, when in full screen mode in Safari for example, Control + left/right arrow doesn't switch between the open Safari windows.

Not sure what you mean by "number of the Desktop you want to go to' as Control + number seems to switch between multiple desktops?

What I'd like to do is put Safari (or any app) into full screen mode, and switch between any of the open windows (and have them all be in full screen mode) - not sure if that makes sense.
