Wow, this is very strange. I just walked away from my Mac and turned around and I saw George Washington's coin profile highlighted on the face of Half Dome. Am I the only one to see it?

Nope, not me. What you're likely seeing is a natural phenomenon which all humans experience called Pareidolia.

It has the rudimentary shape of a left profile, but I can't see any particular person's face in it. Not trying to detract from the fun, I just don't see anything that specific.
Once when I was a kid, I closed my eyes, imagined I'd see a choo choo train in the clouds. And when I opened them, lo, there it was! A choo choo train!
I was just staring at my desktop, first I saw a profile of a face same place you did, then I started looking and saw many more, I started to see that they all resembled george washington so I decided to google it to see if I was the only one, guess I'm not!
