tabs block top of websites
tabs in safari block the top 1/4 inch of webpages.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
Turn extensions off and test.
Safari > Preferences > Extensions

I have the same problem too. It just started when I got a new software, including OSX Yosemite, from the Apple store yesterday.
