To get into your old Apple ID that you no longer have the correct password for, use the steps in this article -
If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
Since the old email account is not available and you can't use the security questions for the reset, you have two possibilities: 1) If you were using two-step verification for this account, use the recovery key. Or 2) Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
To change the Apple ID you are using on your iPhone, use the steps in this article -
