Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! Due to copyright laws and licensing agreements, you cannot transfer media imported from a CD or other source back to your computer:
iTunes: Transferring media from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or iPod - Apple Support

Music imported from a CD or other source
- iTunes can't transfer this media back to your computer.
If the content was previously on your computer you can learn about finding missing media:

Jan 11, 2015 12:09 PM in response to CheyenneS123by roaminggnome,The iPhone is not a storage/backup device. It simply mirrors the selected content of your computer. The sync is one way - computer to iPhone. The exception is iTunes purchases.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
