If you still haven't been able to launch iTunes successfully, I would like to recommend the troubleshooting in the following article, named:
iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues
You have done some of the steps, but I would perform the steps from top to bottom in order, as outlined in the article to ensure proper procedure has been followed.
