If you want the gritty details you will need to read the developer guidelines…

You could try searching, there are cases of emulators & other apps being rejected the reasons were explained in those new articles. Consider that MAME is a legally dubious situation in many countries - you shouldn't have games that you no longer have the original cartridge - frankly game emulation is a breeding ground for illegal file swapping of content that may still be under copyright protection.

The guidelines also do not allow processing of 'downloaded code' (section 2.8 IIRC).

As to Minecraft editors - who knows. Playing Minecraft on iOS is difficult enough - how would you show a keyboard, text area & still remain usable? Modding maps seems impossible. Editing video is hard on iOS too. If you can imagine it & build the editor Apple may ship it, but sine Microsoft own MC you will need to speak with them first.

ok i get the emulator part. but then why does apple not all screen recorders?

No idea, I'd have to assume it may be connected to privacy & sandboxing.

You could always search for ways to work around it - developers have been screen recording from iOS for years to create demo videos, it just requires some creative thinking.
