Q: Iphone 5C won't let me take anymore pictures says out of storage

My ex-wife takes pictures with her iPhone 5C for eBay and she now is getting a message that says something like "out of storage/memory" and the camera will no longer take picture due to this. Also, she has told me that it won't let her install the iOS 8.1.2 update due to lack of storage.

Any ideas? Is there a way to delete the pics? What she does is takes pics and then emails them to me as attachments to post on eBay for her. Would deleting all those sent emails do the trick? Or is this not the problem?

Appreciate any help with this.

Howdy Jeffrey,

Your wife can determine how her iPhone's memory is being used by going to Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage. See this article -

If you need more space for an iOS update - Apple Support

If she can not update the version of iOS she is using because of lack of space, she can use iTunes from a computer to do the update.
