iPhone 6 using data/ wifi in background by itself

iPhone 6 - 128 GB- Using wifi/ 3g Automatically in background - background refresh, location, iCloud, everything is turned off, this phone *****.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.2

Hey Abhijeet,

You can find out what applications are using your cellular data as well as turn off usage for any applications that are using excessive data by going to Settings > Cellular > USE CELLULAR DATA FOR:

data is being used but not accounted under cellular settings tab.
