where are voice memo files stored on mac?

I'm using the Voice Memos app on iPhone4 and they have synced to iTunes in the "Voice Memos" playlist that was automatically created. Where are those files stored on the Mac? How can I transfer them elsewhere? I tried dragging them to another file folder on my computer and they did not move. How can I burn them to a disk or transfer them to a USB storage device?

Hey sunshinelover23,

Thanks for the question. Voice Memos that have been synced to your iTunes Library are stored within the iTunes Media Folder in a sub-folder titled “Voice Memos”. For information on locating your iTunes Media Folder and the file structuring, check out this resource:

Quick tip: you can also right-click on the memo in iTunes and choose “Show in Finder”

Thanks,
