AMDS will not install

I have a 32 bit PC with Windows 8.1.

iTunes installed without issue except for the AMDS portion.

I have fully uninstalled all parts (in the order suggested - but obviously skipping AMDS).
Used Revo Uninstaller - advanced mode to delete every last little thing.
Re-booted.

Deleted folders.

Tried to re-install.

Try to unzip and install in parts.
Disabled firewall (ZoneAlarm) and antivirus (AVG) and tried several times

Over and over and over, to no avail. This has been a constant process for 2 full days.

When I open iTunes with my phone plugged in, I get the obvious message software is not installed, uninstall iTunes and reinstall...

The only odd ting... even after a full uninstall of everything, my Services STILL shows Apple Mobile Device (set to automatic).
But I am unable to start it - because the file does not exist.

Does anyone have any additional suggestions or thoughts besides telling me to do a full uninstall again and reinstall - I have followed all of the suggestions that have been provided in these forums already.

Thanks!

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.2
