Apple ID problem

Hey there!

I have a problem that apparently I can't solve by myself so I need your help.

I lve in Israel and 8 years ago my parents got me a present - Ipod touch. 8 years ago there wasn't any support in Apple here so Israel wasn't really an option when I signed up to Apple ID . Today, When I got 3 Iphones for my family, And 2 Ipad Air - I realize that lots of the Israeli Apps are missing because my account is a US account, I looked all over the Settings to try finding some way to change the AppStore region to Israel but none of it helped me.

Can someone can explain me how can I fix my little problem?
