I purchased an iphone 6 on the 3rd Jan 15 and today, 10th Jan 15, I noticed the cell phone would stop responding but after several seconds everything went back to normal. This evening I had a to do a hard reset because the iphone would not respond. After the apple logon shows, I can see the slide bar but it does not respond, and if I press the home button, the key pad would show but it does not respond. I restarted the iphone several times without any luck. I tried to reinstall the OS from itunes but it keeps telling me I need to turn of the 'find my iphone from the device' and it does not let me do anything. Any suggestions? Thank you
