Q: iOS 8.1.2 really - Auto Brightness

I compare my iPhone 6 Plus & my friend iPhone 6 Plus after updated to the latest iOS 8.1.2..
There's some difference as in I don't have the "auto-brightness" but my friend has..
How do I fix the problem ?

Same here ios 8.1.3 doesn't resolve the problem

Somehow I felt slow down in speed also..
Don't know what's wrong with Apple nowadays also..
