Iphone 6 software issue

Iphone 6 plus 128GB 20 apps, Red/Blue solid screen for 2 days, then no display 1 day, now nothing. will not upgrade/restore on either Mac running latest software. 2nd iPhone 6plus 3 months similar problems ***?
