Q: MagSafe charger belongs to which MacBook Pro?

Roommate and I are trying to distinguish which MagSafe power adapter belongs to which laptop. One of the adapters is made by Delta Electronics, and the other is made by Dongguan Samsung Electro-Mechanics. My laptop is the MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011). My roommate owns the MacBook Pro (12-inch, Mid 2012). Does anyone know which adapter belongs to which? Or how I could go about finding out? I've checked manuals and specifications and couldn't find any definitive answer. Thanks.

This list was helpful, but unfortunately the early 2011 and mid 2012 MacBook Pro are listed as having the same MagSafe Adapter.

Magsafe is universal across the Macbook line and any Magsafe generation will work with the matching type on the laptop whether it's the T or L connector.

The primary thing you need to remember:
13" 60W
15" 85W (needs more power for the discrete graphics card)
