You should be able to use the following steps to delete the music videos you want from your iPhone:

How to delete content you've downloaded from the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store

 

1. Tap the Videos app.
2. Swipe left over the music video you want to delete.
3. Tap Delete.
