Q: Printing photos custom

I am trying to print 2x3 on iPhoto (9.6). I know it used to allow you more size options but now all I see are 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10. When I click custom and custom the size 2inches x 3inches my photo gets cropped and I am forced to try and adjust it within that size range. How can I just shrink the entire photo to the size I want?

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), iPhoto version 9.6

First, you need to crop the photo to a 2 x 3 ratio. You cannot print a photo of another ratio at that one without cropping.

What are the dimensions of the images you're trying to print?

    You have two options:

1: First, you need to crop the photo to a 2 x 3 ratio. You cannot print a photo of another ratio at that one without cropping.

    2. Or, create a 2x3 image box in Pages document (or some other app) and drop your image into it and scale it back to add borders.

Thanks! I figured out that the "perfect" ratio to get the photo to not be cropped was 2.25 by 3! Thank you for your help!

... which is actually the same as 3 by 4 ...
