I bought a total of $20 worth value in gems in Clash of Clans it seems as the transaction was made on my bank account but the gems are not appearing on my app phone. Should i wait or ask for a refund has anyone had this problem before?

Q: Problem whit a purchase at Clash of Clans
you can go to the iTunes store and check your in-app purchases. if it doesn't show there, contact apple support.
If it does show there but nothing has been added to clash of Clans, contact clash of clans support.
